Starting from May 7, 2011 Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO is the operator of West Madura Production Sharing Contract (PSC).

PHE WMO is engaged in oil and Gas Exploration and Exploitation.

First activity in WMO block was began in 1984 and was successful in introducing oil & gas production to East Java with completion of gas pipeline project in 1993.
